PSYCAP AND THE PSYCAP LOGO are trademarks owned by Zenpsy Inc. All other brand names, product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. - Nothing in these terms and conditions grants you any rights in the Site other than as necessary to enable you to access the Site. You agree not to adjust to try to circumvent or delete any intellectual property notices contained on the Site and in particular in any digital rights or other security technology embedded or contained within any Site Content.
- This Site may not be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted, in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without the express prior written consent of Zenpsy Inc. To obtain such consent, please contact us using the secure online contact form on the Site.
- We acknowledge and appreciate users sharing this Site with potential users; however, all hyperlinks should be directly to the homepage at Zenpsy.com. Linking directly to other pages within the site or framing content on the site is prohibited without prior written consent.

The use or misuse of any trademarks or any other Content on the Site except as provided in these terms and conditions is strictly prohibited. Nothing contained on the Site shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any licence or right to use any trademark without Our prior written permission.
- Personal Information
- Personal information is defined as information about an identifiable individual, but does not include the name, title or business address or telephone number of an employee of an organization. In other words, it does not include the information that one expects to find on a business card.

- We use your personal information to process your orders and, where applicable, to issue invoices and maintain our database of registered users. In addition, if you apply for a position with Zenpsy Inc., we will use your personal information to assess your candidacy. You also have a right to request access to your personal information and receive an account of how that information has been used and disclosed, subject to certain exceptions prescribed by law. - Accounts and Passwords
- Users of the Site may become a registered user and be provided with a personal account, including a login name and password. Personal accounts may not be shared. As a registered user, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login name and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities and charges that are incurred by your account. Zenpsy Inc. reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. Registered users may required to submit documentary proof of educational or professional status upon request to permit certain activities on the Site and you hereby authorize Zenpsy Inc. to make inquiries to verify same with any institutions you have identified.
- Email Communication
- We e-mail registered users of the Site who have a personal account. By opening a personal account with Zenpsy Inc., you consent to receive our newsletters, and will have the option to unsubscribe or update your e-mail newsletter preferences at any time
- Termination
- Any ongoing paid subscription services offered to users by Zenpsy Inc. may be cancelled at anytime via the [TBD] or contracting us using the secure online contact form available on the Site; however, Zenpsy Inc. will not issue refunds for any unused portion of the subscription period.
- Any product, report, or other good/service provided by Zenpsy Inc. shall not be refundable with all sales being final after payment has been received by Zenpsy Inc..

- Zenpsy Inc. uses various safeguards to ensure that your personal information is protected against loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying or alteration. These include: security of our physical premises; security software and firewalls to prevent unauthorized computer access or "hacking"; and internal passwords that restrict access to our electronic files. We use only reputable third-party companies to maintain our electronic records and to store and destroy our paper files.
- Site Privacy
- Like most other commercial websites, we may monitor traffic patterns, site usage and related site information to optimize your visit to the Site.
